Parkour At London's Most Famous Parkour Spot - Imax by Waterloo station by Suge Works

This picture captures the logic and simplicity of parkour - hard surfaces and hard tricks. This is about as real as you get it, without the actual real thing. The atmosphere - the tension of the buddies when the parkour athlete is about to do a breathtaking stunt - risking his own health for an elusive moment of for example joy, performance or self-mastery, but also - feeling alive!

Parkour is ridiculously dangerous - the margin for error is usually zero to none - so do you dare having this on your wall? Does it make your palms sweaty? If you don't even dare to have this on your wall, how will you dare to do it in real life? Maybe it is exactly what you need to inspire you to get going - parkour is usually something that is hard to plan getting energy for - it is more a spur of the moment kind of thing which is done best in your local area - so you gotta find the best spots around where you are to make it likely you're gonna bother getting at it, unless you are a really serious parkour athlete.

But then this picture on your wall might nudge you to take that step - parkour is for everyone - it is important to not get caught up in how good the best ones are - just doing your thing can do a lot for you personally anyway as it can feel good to move regardless if it is just incredibly basic tricks (Disclaimer: As long as you take necessary safety precautions with good joint pressure strain avoidance landing techniques etc - reading up on safety guidance is to be advised before attempting parkour - never attempt at height what you are not completely sure you manage to do at ground level).

Immerse yourself in the moment!
