"Panorama of the orange berry caught in a "golden cage" is a macro photo of an orange berry in a lantern (Physalis), is a macro photo of an orange berry of the Physalis, sitting in a lantern which is almost decayed. Almost only the grain structure remains.
This makes it look like the berry is trapped behind a kind of trellis. The light falling on the lantern, the processing and the natural colours of the lantern and the berry create a warm image.
The colours give me a warm autumn feeling.
The focus in this photo is on the texture of the outside of the lantern, where the orange berry can be seen in the background. Further back, the lantern fades, creating depth in the work. This photo has been cropped to panorama size.
This work could, for example, hang beautifully as wall decoration in the waiting room, bedroom, hallway or of course just above the sofa!
