About the artwork
"Panorama of droplets on a dandelion" is a macro photograph of water droplets on the fluff of a dandelion. The warm light falling on the dandelion makes the fluff turn champagne colored. This edited photo has been cropped to panorama size.
The depth of field is very small (only a few mm of a number of fluff pieces) which creates a dreamy atmosphere and a sense of depth in the work.
The drops also work to create this dreamy atmosphere. They reflect the light and reflect the pieces of fluff in the drops, creating sparkles and reflections between the fluff and the dandelion.
