Oslo is Norway's vibrant capital, located on the edge of the Oslofjord. The city is known for its modern architecture, green parks and vibrant culture. But besides these modern aspects, Oslo is also known for its rich mythology and folklore, especially its trolls. Trolls are a central part of Norwegian folklore and they are often depicted as mysterious, giant creatures living in the mountains and forests of Norway. Although trolls are often portrayed as clumsy, evil creatures, they are also regarded in Norwegian culture as protectors of nature and guardians of ancient traditions. In Oslo, you will find many references to these trolls, from statues and paintings to toys and souvenirs. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
