About ‘Orange’ by Sandra Blom

Orange escalator in the early evening light. Here it looks like the escalator itself is pale yellow but it is the orange color that gives the warm glow due to the low sun shining on it.

Original created by Sandra Blom.

I started taking photographs at a later age. In my photographs I find it important to look for light and contrast. Contrast between light and dark parts, between sharp and blurred parts in the picture. Maybe that's because I don't see colours very well. I also think it's important to capture my feelings at that moment and hopefully transfer them to the viewer.
