The photo "Orange: Colourful impermanence" is a photo of a lantern plant, which has already largely decayed. This makes it easy to see the beautiful grain structure. Through the vein structure, you can see that part of the original orange skin of the lantern remains at the back of the lantern. The vein structure has a beige - golden brown colour.
The background and has an orange blended background. Because the lantern lies on a mirrored surface, you can see the lantern once again in the background, but upside down.
If you zoom in on the work, you can clearly see the beautiful texture of this lantern.
Lanterns of the lantern plant are one of my favourite subjects to photograph. I love the texture the lanterns have when they are decaying.
This photo has a cheerful and warm feel despite the transient subject.
