About ‘Oosterstraat Groningen by night.’ by Dennis Hofman

This is the Oosterstraat in the centre of Groningen. The Martini tower can be seen in the background. Because of the long shutter speed, a preceding bus can be seen as streaks of light. The RGB filter created an image that I personally really like.
