About "Old dilapidated bootloader"

About the artwork

What you see here is an "Ancien chargeur bateaux". An old (dilapidated) boat loader rusting away somewhere in Belgium. The history surrounding this "building" is nowhere to be found, when it was built, how long it was in use and when it was taken out of service. The boat loader is quietly being taken back by mother nature, rusted through, rotted metal stairs, etc. I discovered this boat loader some three years back when I was out and about. even then I took a photo of this beauty and thought to myself that it would be even more beautiful in a snowy landscape, the beautiful contrast between the rust of the boat loader contrasted with white pure snow. Coincidence works that it didn't want to snow (or not enough) for THREE years now anyway. Until in a short while, a pack of snow fell and it wouldn't last long either. So. took immediate action and drove there. In the biting cold and in a snow shower (yes, it really didn't want to stop snowing then) we got into the car and, lo and behold, beautifully captured in a panoramic image. Just goes to show that perseverance always wins! The photo is composed of 12 photos in HDR and looks best in size 150x70 cm, but of course a smaller size is not inferior!

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
