About "Oh My Cat And Dog by Elle Hart"

About the artwork

Let me introduce you to the photo models who posed for this piece of art.
Labradoodle Larry and cat Wiebertje. They were sworn enemies at first and now they can't live without each other. They even sleep in one basket! They are the sweet roommates of friends of mine and always when I see those two I get happy. I have photographed them many times and now (see the paw prints) they have ended up in my colorful artwork. I hope someone gets happy with my work. Part of the sales of this work of art goes to the animal protection organization. By the way, cat Wiebertje also comes from the shelter.
Larry and Wiebertje have fantastic owners, but I don't begrudge the dogs and cats that are still in a shelter the same fate!

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
