A popular sight in most towns and villages where I live in Umbria, Italy is a mobile van/shop selling cooked pork. People queue up to buy bread rolls filled with freshly cooked pork meat. Many shops and delicatessens sell it as well. Here, in Passignano Sul Trasimeno, we see a shop with a proud sign saying 'Oggi Porchetta Cotta A Legna', meaning today pork cooked on a wood fire.
