Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Office in an abandoned castle - urbex’ by Martijn Vereijken

The history of Chateau Milles Chambre dates back to 1143 when a medieval stronghold was built on the site. During the turbulent Hundred Years' War, it withstood attacks and witnessed the battle between French and English forces. It was rebuilt in the 15th century as a fortified castle and fell under English occupation until it was tragically looted and set on fire in 1485. However, the indomitable spirit of the Fayolle family and the castle's rich heritage could not be extinguished. Reconstruction efforts in the 18th and 19th centuries resulted in the magnificent structure that stands today, with a harmonious blend of architectural styles and unparalleled historical significance. This enduring castle, with its golden sandstone façade and intricate woodwork, testifies to the centuries of grandeur and resilience that defined its existence.
