A quiet magic lies over Oberstdorf on this New Year's Eve, a shimmer between the years that lies like a gentle veil over the snow-covered valley. The roofs of the houses wear their white festive dress, each one a silent witness to the winter that has transformed the landscape into a fairy tale. Between the warmly glowing windows, which are scattered like little stars across the village, a tender expectation pulsates - the auspicious pause just before midnight.
A bluish twilight rests over the Allgäu Alps, making the mountains appear both mighty and mysterious. The forests lie like sleeping giants in the haze of the night, and the surrounding hills keep watch over this special hour. A single sparkling ray of fireworks rises as if to gently remind the sky that a new year is beginning.
Oberstdorf radiates a quiet security in this winter calm, a feeling of homecoming and hope. It is as if the lights of the village are telling stories: of the past, which is bidding a grateful farewell, and of the new, which wants to be welcomed with cautious joy. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
