A dirt road with oaks alongside. A warm day comes to an end. In the distance, thunder rumbles, stillness before the storm. The golden light draws long shadows across the path. Here, just outside Nuenen, some 140 years ago, painter Van Gogh must have experienced the same thing. The Brabant landscape here is beautiful, as if time has stood still.
