About the artwork

From the 17th floor, an expansive view of the interior unfolds, far away from the hustle and bustle of the sea. The landscape stretches to the horizon, where silhouettes of church towers, water towers and low houses stand out sharply against a warm, misty glow. Trees mark the rhythm of the landscape, like silent sentinels in the light of late afternoon. The image is taken in landscape format, and that width emphasises the vastness and quiet balance of this place. The warm colours give the panorama a soft, almost nostalgic feel. Nothing is moving, except perhaps the sky itself. The view breathes tranquillity, as if the land shows itself for a moment in complete calm. No sea views, no waves, no beaches-but a different kind of horizon, one that reaches deeper. This is inland: familiar, quiet, full of details you only discover when you slow down. A landscape that doesn't overwhelm you immediately, but reveals itself to you gradually.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
