A time of the year that illustrates all the beauty of winter on the fjords of northern Norway. As the days become shorter and the end of the year approaches, the sun begins to dip towards the horizon until, in winter, it is no longer visible and only its light sparsely illuminates the frozen landscape. This is the moment when a phenomenon called the blue hour occurs, when the surroundings are bathed in magical shades of blue, transforming the Arctic fjord landscape into a winter wonderland.
The rugged black rocks provide a harmonious contrast to the ice-blue fjord, staged by the long exposure, in which the sky is reflected in all shades of blue.
