About ‘New York, central park at Night’ by Michael Bollen

You can stand outside on the top two floors. If you go towards the evening you can enjoy the view during the day as well as in the evening. In the evening you can see the lights of the city. You can stay upstairs for a long time if you want. The "observation deck" is open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to midnight.
