Der Gardasee – auf Italienisch Lago di Garda und umgangssprachlich Bènaco – ist ein im Norden Italiens gelegenes Binnengewässer. Die nördlichen Ufer des Sees liegen inmitten der Alpen südlich von Trient, und die südlichen Ufer zählen bereits zur Po-Ebene. Er ist damit der größte See Italiens.
