About ‘Nasi goreng, Indonesian cuisine.’ by Desiree Meulemans

In the foreground of the picture, you can see a plate of nasi goreng, a gem of Indonesian cuisine. The fragrant, golden-brown fried rice is richly filled with tender pieces of chicken, crunchy vegetables and a subtle hint of spicy sambal. The flavours are perfectly balanced thanks to the sweet soy sauce and aromatic spices that give the dish its authentic character.
In the background, we see traditional cuisine from Tetebatu, a picturesque village on Lombok. The kitchen exudes simplicity and tranquillity and lets natural light flood in, making the space feel warm and inviting. At the back of the kitchen, local women are busy; their skillful hands cutting vegetables and stirring in steaming pans, while the scent of fresh herbs and spices fills the air.
The atmosphere of the kitchen exudes the authenticity and hospitality of Tetebatu. The sound of sizzling pans, the gentle chatter of women and the sound of a blowing fan create a lively yet relaxed ambience.
You feel as if you are really there, surrounded by the warm smells and sounds of Indonesian cuisine, while enjoying a plate of delicious nasi goreng. It's a moment of pure culinary experience, embedded in the charm and serenity of Tetebatu.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
