This image is a panorama of Mount Etna volcano on the island of Sicily. It is an autumn day in the month of October and the weather is changeable. Between the snow showers, the sun also regularly shines. During one such brightening, this photo was taken. The sky is blue with white clouds. On the top of the volcano the newly fallen snow is visible and at the foot of the volcano you can see yellow plants among the lava. From right to left you can see the poles of the chairlift that you can use to get to the top. Unfortunately for us, the weather this day was too bad to go up. After driving 3 hours from Palermo to Rifugio Sapienza, we had to make do with this view. I waited a long time for a clear moment between showers and I am very happy that I managed to capture this impressive natural phenomenon.
