Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Mother and Son at the Beach’ by Karolina Grenczyk

A mother and son sit in the shade of a parasol. The mother looks at the water, while she son looks away towards the beach. They are together but also alone. An inflatable donut is leaning against the umbrella, but the boy doesn't seem to feel like using it.

I drew this work on the beach of Zevenhuizerplas. I thought it was a beautiful image. It was a very warm day and I could imagine that the boy didn't feel like it anymore.

The image shows that the two people are connected, but also on their own. I think that is beautiful, but at the same time it is a pity.

It is a pen drawing that was later post-processed in Photoshop.

I think that because it is a black and white work, it will fit in many interiors. I myself can see it hanging in an interior with light colors, but it also works well on a dark wall. It is an illustration of a situation that many people will recognize.
