About "Moss alive"

About the artwork

In this image, you can see a patch of moss spread almost like a carpet across the surface of the table - a soft, green mass that invites you to touch or breathe. From this bed of moss rise a few fine sprites, like slender fingers seeking the air.

The lighting falls surprisingly: from the side or diagonally above, subtly shading the moss spheres, revealing the structure of the tips, and adding a slight glow to the sprites. The contrast between the soft, full moss and the slender, balanced lines of the sprites creates a fine play between mass and line, between tranquillity and soaring.

Background and atmosphere remain deliberately discreet: diffuse light, soft tones, so that the attention remains entirely on the moss and those few sprites. The composition is intimate and humble - it zooms in on the small life forms that are often overlooked, but which carry a quiet dynamism.

It celebrates small life - moss growing on a table - as poetic simplicity.
The sprites bring movement, direction and hope within an often static frame.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
