About ‘Morning light over the Hammerspitze’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

The first rays of the morning sun kiss the stony heart of the Allgäu Alps. In delicate gold and soft pastels, the day awakens above the Hammerspitze, which, at a proud 2,260 metres, towers into the sky like an unshakeable sentinel. Its rugged flanks, marked by the traces of eternity, catch the early light and transform the cold rock into a warm, living work of art created by nature.
Deep below, nestled in the lush green of the mountain meadows, lies the Fiderepass Hut. Like a safe haven amidst a wild, untamed world, it lies there quietly whilst the shadows of the night slowly give way to the deep valleys of the Allgäu. Here, on the border between Bavaria and the wider world, time seems to stand still for a magical moment.
The view sweeps across endless chains of peaks that fade into the morning mist like blue waves on the horizon. It is a symphony of light, stone and infinite expanse. This panorama exudes the pure freedom of Europe – a silent promise to every hiker that after every dark night, a new, radiant day full of wonders awaits.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
