About "Morning light on the island of Bled"

About the artwork

Some places seem straight out of a fairy tale - Lake Bled is one of those. I took this photo early in the morning, when the lake was still completely still and the first sunlight was gently slipping across the water. The iconic little church on the island was slowly illuminated, while the mountains in the background were still in the cool of the night. What struck and inspired me was the perfect mirror image of the church in the smooth water and the almost magical atmosphere of this place.

The serenity of the moment, the soft light and the feeling of a new beginning made this shot special to me. Lake Bled is not only a dream destination for photographers, but also for anyone who loves romance, nature and travel. With this photo, I wanted to capture that feeling of serene silence and wonder so that you can take a moment to dream away to Slovenia every day.

This piece brings a touch of magic to the home: it radiates tranquillity, but also immediately attracts attention. Ideal for the living room, bedroom or workspace - a symbol of harmony and beauty, and a reminder of journeys and unique places.

About Roy Poots

In 2009 Roy Poots bought his very first SLR camera, a Canon EOS 450D. After having photographed everything for a while, he realised that he liked landscapes, architecture and (nocturnal) cityscapes the most by far. Since then, he has devoted himself to these subjects.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
