The aircraft pictured is a Fieseler Storch built under licence by French company Morane-Saulnier in 1945. The aircraft is painted in the colours of the French Navy.
The Fieseler Storch was a light aircraft designed and produced by the German aircraft manufacturer Fieseler. The nickname Storch was derived from the long legs of the landing gear that made the aircraft compared to a stork. This type of aircraft was used during World War II by the Luftwaffe for reconnaissance flights, to a lesser extent for transport.
