About "Misty morning on the river bank."

About the artwork

A tree standing in the flooded floodplain of a river on a misty winter morning. The fog is so thick that the water and the bank across the river are almost invisible. Everything is shrouded in a mysterious haze of white vapour. The tree stands there alone, like a lonely and stoic figure in the water. Its branches are bare and outstretched, seeming to reach for the sky. A group of ducks swims around the base of the tree where there is normally grassland, and the sky is light grey with a dreamy look. The water around the tree is still and smooth, without any movement or ripple. The whole scene seems hushed and deserted, as if there is no one else in the world except this tree and the ducks. The picture evokes a sense of calm and peace, but also a certain melancholy. The dreamy atmosphere and loneliness of the tree have something sad, but at the same time something beautiful. It is a beautiful image of nature in its raw and pristine state, showing us how quiet and still the world can be in the early morning

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
