Mandala means "magic circle" in Sanskrit. This is an ancient Indian language. A circle symbolizes unity and perfection and a divine level. A circle has no beginning and no end and therefore also symbolizes infinity and creation. Mandalas are a universal symbol.
This mandala was created from my intuition, from my pure 'being'. It has the shape of a flower and a star.
I am absolutely crazy about flowers. That is why my mandalas often have the shape of a flower. If you look at a real flower, the petals are often so soft and so delicate. Feathers radiate a certain softness. So does this mandala. Furthermore, this mandala radiates peace, energy and purity. Yellow and purple provide a fantastic contrast. The lilac and white make it extra soft.
I love making mandalas. I can spend hours doing it.
