Cala s'Almunia is a small bay in the southeast of the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca. It is located on the coast of the municipality of Santanyí southwest of the town of Cala Llombards in the direction of Cap de Ses Salines, the southern cape of Mallorca.
The beach in Cala s'Almunia shares its name with the town, but is also called Es Maquer. It is incredibly beautiful in its rocky bay and pine trees.
The small beach is only 10 meters long and 30 meters wide. On the beach itself, there are a few rocky spots as well as sand/gravel. However, during certain times there is hardly any sand on the beach. The water is crystal clear and very inviting.
At the end of the bay, a few local fishermen have their boats. Further to the east is the even more beautiful Calo des Moro beach.
