Hoofdgebouw II / Tulpenburgh in Utrecht. Hoofdgebouw II (HGB II) is a listed 19th-century office building that has been used by railway companies since its construction. Current user is railway manager ProRail. Officially called Tulpenburgh since 2007, the building was built in 1895 in neo-Renaissance style to a design by J.F. Klinkhamer. The client was the Maatschappij tot Exploitatie van Staatsspoorwegen, which needed a second office building for its growing business. This photo was taken at dusk on 2 May 2017. Dark Utrecht.
