Perhaps the most striking flowers in spring are the magnolias. They have a soft colour that blends beautifully with the still soft spring sunlight. But their shape and, above all, their abundance feel so luxurious to me that I am fascinated by them every year.
There was an incredible amount of magnolia blossom on this tree and I was particularly impressed by this row. They were lined up in rows and also showed the different stages of the flowers - from a small beginning to their fully opened size.
The delicate pink colour of the flowers is complemented by the soft blue of the sky. For me, the photo creates a particularly calming and relaxing atmosphere. It is therefore just as suitable for living rooms as it is for bedrooms. It also works wonderfully in waiting rooms or treatment rooms in a commercial environment.
The texture of a print on canvas goes well with this picture. Personally, I particularly like a print on aluminium dibond because it enhances the lightness of the motif. I can also imagine it framed very well with a white passe-partout; this brings out the bright, luminous parts of the photo.
Photography has accompanied me for more than half my life. With it I can best express my enthusiasm and passion for nature. Because I especially enjoy the peace and relaxation that I find in the forest or even in the garden.
