Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

Magdeburg Cathedral is the city's landmark. The cathedral is the first Gothic cathedral on German soil to have been designed in the Gothic style from the outset and the earliest to have been completed. It is the burial place of the founder of the Holy Roman Empire, Otto the Great, and his first wife, Queen Edith, and is the most important sacred building in the eastern federal states.

Magdeburg, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt, is a city in central Germany on the River Elbe. The Gothic cathedral of Magdeburg is located in the centre and is the burial church of Otto the Great, the first emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. The Cultural History Museum traces the city's importance in the Middle Ages with exhibitions on archaeology and local history. The Romanesque-style Unser Lieben Frauen monastery houses a gallery for contemporary art and a sculpture park. I hope you enjoy looking at the picture!
