Renault Dauphine is een 'economy-car' met achterwielaandrijving, vervaardigd door Renault in een enkele carrosserievorm - een driekamerige vierdeurs sedan - als de opvolger van de Renault 4CV. Meer dan twee miljoen werden vervaardigd tijdens zijn productie van 1956-1967.

Samen met auto's als de Volkswagen Beetle, Morris Minor, Mini en Fiat 500, vertegenwoordigde de Dauphine de moderne Europese 'economy-car'.

Renault bracht tal van varianten van de Dauphine op de markt, waaronder een luxe versie, de Renault Ondine, sportieve versies, de Dauphine Gordini en de Ondine Gordini, het 1093 race model, en de Caravelle / Floride, een op Dauphine gebaseerde tweedeurs coupé en cabriolet.
