About the artwork

A rusty train carriage stands still on an old railway bridge, deep in the heart of a densely overgrown forest. The windows of the carriage are broken, overgrown with plants and flooded with the light of the setting sun. The whole picture is bathed in a warm, golden glow that forms a fascinating contrast to the dilapidated structure of the train. Nature has begun to reclaim its place - moss covers the tracks, ferns sprout through the cracks in the metal.

Inspiration:
I was inspired by the thought of what remains of our modern world when time passes and we disappear. Abandoned places have a special fascination for me - they tell stories without the need for words. In this artwork, I wanted to show how transience and beauty can go hand in hand. The rusty train symbolises what was once in motion but now lingers in a silent moment.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
