About ‘Lofoten fjord with snow-capped mountains and reflection’ by Nadia Feys

This winter landscape was photographed in the Lofoten Islands in Norway, where steep snow-covered mountains seem to rise directly out of the fjord. On a calm winter morning, the water is completely still, allowing the mountains to be reflected almost perfectly in the fjord.

The soft morning light hits the wooden jetty and creates a warm contrast with the cold tones of snow, ice and mountain walls. The mist between the mountain peaks gives the landscape a mysterious and serene atmosphere.

This image captures the pure tranquillity of Norwegian nature: a moment when water, mountains and light come together in almost perfect balance. A soothing work of art for lovers of Scandinavian landscapes, mountains and winter nature.
