About ‘Little tern’ by Patrick Haleyt Photography
Drift hut photography in the Camargue yielded this picture.
This is not the feeding of a chick, but the passing of food from one parent to another, after which the recipient brings the food to chicks.
This ritual went on like this for an hour. One went, the closer came.
I did not find the nest or chicks myself.
