About "Light and shadow on a wall of colourful tiles in Morocco"

About the artwork

This picture shows a wall covered with small tiles in different colours. The tiles are green, brown, black and white. Together, they form a dense and detailed pattern typical of Moroccan tile art. The tiles are all the same size and form a regular grid. The variation in colour creates a lively surface that still exudes tranquillity.

The light in the picture plays an important role. In the top left corner, sunlight hits the wall, making the colours look bright and warm. The light emphasises the sheen of the glazed tiles and makes the white joints particularly visible. As you look further to the bottom right, the tiles gradually disappear into shadow. There, the colours become darker and less bright, creating depth and a sense of layering in the image.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
