About "Life from the ashes"

About the artwork

In the quiet hours of the morning, when the fog is still gently drifting over the black lava sea and the sun is tentatively sending its first rays over the Caldera Colorada, one of Lanzarote's most amazing plant worlds comes to life: The bright green Canary Island dock (Rumex lunaria), a symbol of the miracle of adaptation and resilience.
Like a small oasis of hope, this plant defies the barren, volcanic landscape. Its lush green colour and golden yellow inflorescences shine like a promise of renewal against the gloomy backdrop of cooled lava. In the centre of the picture, it sits enthroned in quiet dignity, framed by the black basalt sand that was once hurled from the depths of the earth.
Behind it, the majestic Caldera Colorada rises in a reddish glow, partly shrouded in mist, as if the earth itself were still dreaming. The large lava bomb, silent and heavy, is a reminder of the immense power of the volcanic birth of this landscape - a natural monument between becoming and passing away.
This panorama is not just a picture, it is a poem of stone, light and life - a silent dialogue between past and present, between fire and flora, captured on the island that was born from the ashes.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
