Zambia is a fantastic safari country, especially for spotting leopards. This leopard in the South Luangwa Valley had been sleeping in a tree until late at night. When the sun went down, she woke up and walked down from the tree. The sharp legs clung tightly to the tree and once on the ground she disappeared in the dark of the night hunting for something to eat. What a privilege to be able to see such a beautiful predator up close!
