Leo Putz (Meran, South Tyrol, Austria-Hungary, 18 June 1869 - Meran, South Tyrol, Italy, 21 July 1940) was an Italian painter. His early work is considered Jugendstil, later he worked mainly in the style of impressionism. The artist studied at the 'Akademie der Bildenden Künste' in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. From 1901 onwards, Putz worked a lot 'en plein air'. He mainly painted female figures, regularly also nudes.
