For some people, light is simply a natural force that exists in nature. Others see it as an expression of a higher power or a spiritual being. But for many of us, light is also a part of ourselves. Light is a symbol of hope, joy and wisdom. It is present in many forms, from the twinkling stars in the night sky to the rays of the sun that warm and inspire us. Light can also be represented by rays of light that show us the way and give us direction. The word "light" in its spelling "L ICH T" also shows the importance of light as part of our self. It reminds us that we ourselves are part of the light and that we have the ability to illuminate ourselves and others. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
