In the beautiful nature reserve the Blauwe Kamer, located on the border of Wageningen and Rhenen, runs a herd of semi-wild Konik horses. In terms of their fur, this breed has a beautiful wild colour.
Personally, I love horses, so I really enjoy observing this semi-wild herd. These two horses have a good bond with each other, which is evident from the fact that they 'groom' each other. They are brushing and tickling each other, which they both love. Horses in a herd are very dependent on each other and having friends in the herd is very important to feel safe. These two clearly feel very comfortable with each other, super nice to see and witness. In the background, the green of the bushes and the blue of the sky contrast nicely with them.
