KingfisherThe kingfisher is a small, colourful bird known for its bright colours and lightning-fast fishing. An iconic species of clear rivers and streams, it is found in large parts of Europe and Asia. Unmistakably blue and orange coloured. Rather plumply built with short tail and a large head and beak. White throat and side neck. Wings and crown greenish blue with bright blue back and rump. Often sits upright on a low-hanging branch above the water, lurking for fish. Flies over the water calling loudly and can then be easily seen. Females have an orange-red bill base, in males it is black. by Kees van den Burg

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
