About the artwork

The kingfisher is perhaps the most photographed bird in the Netherlands. In any case, it is the most sought-after bird to photograph. It is therefore a beautiful bird with all its variegated colours. The ice blue, turquoise, light blue and azure colour contrast beautifully with the rust-brown breast feathers. The white collar and white throat make the bird's striking appearance and its bright red pooches complete it.
This bird is not only beautiful but also very shy. So tricky to photograph, but with the necessary portion of patience it manages. Here, the male sits quietly on his branch, enjoying the spring sunshine. Did you know that the kingfisher can fly as much as 80 km per hour. Like a blue rocket, it whizzes through the air, making a high-pitched whistling sound. In short, beautiful to see and photograph.

The kingfisher is the most photographed bird in the Netherlands. This bird is a true beauty with its bright colours. Ice blue, light blue, azure blue has a nice contrast with its rust brown chest. It's a beautiful bird but also hard to find and to photograph. With a lot of patience it can be done.
This is a male bird, just sitting and relaxing in the sun, enjoying the morning light.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
