About "King Julian the ring-tailed lemur"

About the artwork

A nice close up of the Ring-tailed lemur. the sharp hairs under the chin, and the colourful eyes in the green forest give a nice overall view of this beautiful animal. The well-groomed fur is soft and fluffy, and with agility, this lemur easily traverses any terrain.

This lemur was looking for food and after an unsuccessful attempt, sat down for a while to get ready for another chance. On this beautiful sunny and therefore warm summer day, there will surely be another bite here or there.

I tried to keep the warmth in the photo as much as possible, with the beautiful light on the face and in the eyes exuding a natural calm.

For me, this is a special memory, but even more a very special and strong photo because of the sharpness of the animal and the blur of the neutral but natural background.

This photo would look great in a home that wants warmth and natural look. The lack of distracting elements makes it an attractive photo for a home, hobby or bedroom.

This photo was not taken in the wild, but at the Apenheul.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
