Just married at Times Square.
This work actually came about by chance during a visit to New York. I had my camera at the ready to take a panoramic photo of times Square and suddenly there was a married couple, just married in front of me, kissing intimately. I didn't hesitate for a moment. With panoramic photography, you never know in advance whether it will work out the way you envisage, but coming home I found that the image turned out exactly as love can express.
Using my panorama technique, the tall buildings curve towards a point, high on the horizon. With this, the lines in the image point to the sky. A marriage between 2 people is heavenly, a clear milestone in one's life!
Format 100x100cm.
