The Siege of 's-Hertogenbosch in 1629 was a large-scale siege by the Republic of the United Seven Netherlands of the city of 's-Hertogenbosch, which was under Spanish rule, during the Eighty Years' War.
The siege lasted from April to mid-September and resulted in the capture of 's-Hertogenbosch by the Republic under the leadership of Stadholder Frederick Henry of Orange. The city was important because of its strategic location.
