About the artwork

Jersey City in 2024 is a dynamic, fast-growing city located directly west of Manhattan, across the Hudson River. The city is known for its diverse population, modern high-rises, and thriving culture. Thanks to its proximity to New York City, Jersey City has become an attractive alternative for people who want to avoid Manhattan's high rents without sacrificing urban amenities.

The city's skyline has changed significantly in recent years, with new skyscrapers housing luxury flats and office buildings. The neighbourhoods are diverse, from historic Downtown and Paulus Hook, with their brownstone houses and waterfront parks, to the emerging Journal Square neighbourhood, which attracts new infrastructure and residential projects.

Jersey City is also a cultural hub, with numerous galleries, restaurants and music performances. Liberty State Park, overlooking the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, offers one of the city's finest recreational spaces. The city combines cosmopolitan living with a sense of community and neighbourhood spirit.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
