About "Jazz Cacophany"

About the artwork

An audience sitting in anticipation in the open air as night falls. The murmur of voices and chink of glasses as waiters come round with wine and snacks. Smoke fills the air. It is warm and looking up you can see the stars in the sky. Then musicians come on to the stage, a jazz band and the music strikes up and fills the available space. The audience nods along with the music or tap the table. Applause fills the air at the end of every tune.

Looking around you can see everyone is totally captivated by the music and the area feels warm, safe and harmonious.

This digital image builds upon a photograph I took at an open air jazz concert during the Umbria Jazz Festival a few years ago. I remember low lights, a slightly smoky atmosphere in this outside venue and the sound of soft jazz drifting across the night air. All of which I have endeavoured to capture.

Born in the South of England I now live half way up a mountain in Umbria, Italy. I work from my art studio looking out over fabulous views of the Italian countryside. I am so happy to share my artwork with you.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
