The girl on this artwork is a female shepherd. With her blushing jaws, turquoise hat on and stick in hand she is herding her herd of cattle.
The golden cloak around her blue and white dress does not hide her bare right tit that sticks out of the cleavage.
The portrait is therefore partly naked or nude.
