About the artwork

Sometimes everything falls into place during a photo shoot. This portrait of a majestic white stallion is a perfect example. The powerful contrast between light and shadow gives this image a dramatic and almost theatrical look. As if the horse is literally in the spotlight, surrounded by a dark background that further emphasises its beauty and elegance.

This stallion is a Pura Raza Española (PRE), also known as the Andalusian. A breed known for its graceful appearance, suppleness and proud attitude. The way he stands here - calm, confident and looking full of character - shows exactly why this breed has been admired for centuries.

Horse photography is all about the right moment. The horse's pose, the position of the light and the composition all had to coincide perfectly. In this image, the balance between strength and elegance is palpable. The subtle lighting reveals the details of his coat, the contours of his muscles and the soft expression in his eyes in a special way.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
