This picture shows the impressive limestone cliffs of Zakynthos, where rugged rocks rise from the clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea. What makes the picture unique is in the details: the tiny bushes clinging to the sheer walls, and the little boat seemingly floating lost in this overwhelming nature.

During a tour of the island, I took this photo, at a moment when everything fell silent. The strength and tranquillity of this place touched me. The cliffs, formed by centuries of natural forces, exuded something imperturbable. I wanted to capture that - not as a cliché holiday snapshot, but as an image that makes you pause for a moment.

The atmosphere is cool and calm, with a hint of adventure. It evokes a sense of freedom - like being away from it all for a moment. This work is made out of wonder, and perhaps a little awe of nature.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
